November 5th, 2009 — 2:59am | Author : Anangga Pratama

PalShare is a file sharing service that offering you a  chance not to only upload your files one by one but also per directory. Not stopping only on that, PalShare also have other nice features that will be uncovered in this review for PalShare from Anggackt.

I. Landing Page

PalShare - Upload And Send Large Files

What’s Good :

  • No Registration needed

What’s Bad :

  • You will have to input your Name, Your Email and the recipient(s) email address(es) before you start uploading. This could lead to a repetitive task you’ll have to do before sending your files in parts.
II. Features

PalShare - Upload And Send Large Files - Features

What’s Good :

  • 250 MB / Upload maximum limit
  • File and Folder Upload
  • Automatically Zipped all your uploaded files and folders
  • Drag and Drop uploader

What’s Bad :

  • Hideous interface for both Upload Screen and Download Screen
  • Only 10 Days limit, after that you could say bye-bye to your shared files and folders
  • An extra ordinarily long URL for the link to the uploaded files and folders
  • The interface for downloading your uploaded files and folders is using Java, so make sure your recipient does have a Java runtime on his/her platform.
III. Verdict

A simple to use file sharing / big file sending to your contacts email addresses.

There’s no terms of services or help or any information regarding their policy for asking your email address and your contacts addresses. I just hoped that they won’t spam or using yours and your contacts email addresses for any advertorial means.

As far as I tested this application, my inbox page is still fine without any spam, so I guess they are a good provider, but I don’t know yet in the future, We will have to wait for their explanation on this thing.
