GotIssuez – Complain It
GotIssuez is a place for you to rant about bad customer service from any company or organization. Although currently pretty much concentrated in East African community, GotIssuez deserved a review for their genuine concept.
I. Landing Page
Err…excuse me, am I seeing a color changing background or is it my eyes that fooled me ? GotIssuez color changing background in my honest opinion is not awesome. It’s a distraction for me to calmly read all the issues being posted there.
You will need to register to start posting your issue with the manual registration method.
II. Dashboard
Your landing page is your dashboard and this the place for you to start your own rant about certain something , especially bad customer service.
III. Features
Aside from ranting, you could also start to comment to the posted issue, give your own vote with three different voting category (I can Fix This, Non-Issue, Me-Too) and there’s a reward system available, too.
IV. Verdict
This service is so simple it didn’t take you more than 5 minutes to understand their work-flow. I just hope that they added “By Nation” category to make this service available not only for certain community but also to the rest of the world….well…maybe except for Indonesia since one of complaining through internet case leads up with Omni International Hospital ( no international license ever given) sued the one who wrote the complain, and even succeeded in detaining her for three weeks.
