TweetMeNews – Personalized News
TweetMeNews tweets you personalized, relevant news based on your interests. TweetMeNews will ask you a few questions and then analyze data, including your Twitter feed, and leverage their algorithms to send you stories that match your interests and behavior. Current news categories include Business, Technology, Advertising, Venture Capital & Health.
I. Landing Page
From the landing page you could start registering by using Twitter oAuth. You will be redirected to a new page that will ask you to answer a few question to determine what kind of Tweet News you will be receiving in your Twitter dashboard.
II. Dashboard
After the registration you will be brought to your dashboard and informed you that you will have to wait for a few hours before start receiving your news.
III. Features
Although the dashboard saying that you will have to wait for a few hours, actually you already can read some Twitted news in your Twitter dashboard brought by TweetMeNews by using the @tag to inform you the news source. I’m assuming that the dashboard only count for news that sent to you after you joined TweetMeNews.
You will be automatically following TweetMeNews, and you could see TweetMeNews various news from various category in their Twitter Account, but worry not, TweetMeNews will be automatically filtered out those news and will only tweet you the relevant news according to your answer at the initial registration phase.
IV. Verdict
TweetMeNews is a shortcut that could save your time looking through thousands of Twitter accounts just to search for an account that will bring you news from your favorite category. Simply put, TweetMeNews is a must.
I just hoped that TweetMeNews added more category and news sources. I’m just dreaming that maybe they would add Anggackt as one of their news source sometime in the future :)
